Beyonce. Best Thing I Never Had.
Beyonce: Year Of 4.
I was never a Beyonce fan. Watching this showed a different side of Beyonce — for me anyway. Seeing how involved she is in her own projects, how much of a BOSS she is, not allowing anyone to think for her, etc… I *may* be a fan now.

But where Mary J. Blige has made scorned pain her art, Beyoncé delivers heartbreak with purpose: to remind us just how overwhelming love can be. Even her breakup songs are advertisements for romance.
For Beyoncé, content always trumps structure, and she’s so relentlessly perfect that she’s able to appear to adapt to any sound or scene when she’s really just applying her signature gloss atop it. She’s tough enough for “Run the World (Girls),” which outright pilfers the Major Lazer digital dancehall semi-hit “Pon de Floor” and also coy enough for “Party,” a Kanye West production that recalls the tinny, casual early work of New Edition. “I’ll give it all away/Just don’t tell nobody tomorrow/So tonight I’ll do it every way,” Beyoncé coos, in her best impression of naughtiness.

TMZ has learned Beyonce’s parents — Mathew Knowles and Tina Knowles — are no longer getting divorced … at least for now.
A trial was supposed to take place yesterday in Harris County, Texas, but nobody showed up, so the judge dismissed the case.
It’s unclear if Tina and Mathew have reconciled … or just forgot to show up, but we’re guessing since they both were lawyered up they didn’t just forget to show … rather, they made a conscious decision to drop the divorce.
As we first reported, Tina filed for divorce in November of ‘09 — one month after Mathew was hit with a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright. A DNA test later proved the kid was indeed Mathew’s.
