Wiz Khalifa’s Pittsburgh anthem “Black and Yellow” has reached No. 1 on the Hot 100 after an 18-week climb, and the 23-year-old rapper tells Billboard.com that no one is more surprised at the success of the debut single than he is.
“It feels amazing. Everybody that makes music wants to be in this position,” says Khalifa (real name: Cameron Thomaz), who found out about the song reaching the chart’s pole position yesterday morning (Feb. 10). “I’m pretty level-headed about everything but… I did a little dance.”
